Discipline rules
The system enforces these so the team doesn't have to remember.
Deals with no future-dated next step flag red everywhere. Owners get an overdue item in My Day.
7d no activity → amber. 14d → red + dropped-balls board. 21d → manager notified.
When a deal moves to Signed, a War Room is created with 5 milestones and a 90-day countdown.
New leads must have first contact within N business days, or they flag on the team board.
When a deal sits too long with incomplete exit criteria, the system nudges the owner.
Demo mode
Show the team how the system works. Adds a banner and a guided narrative.
A banner appears at the top and points out the 3 failure-mode fixes as you click around.
Data
Local persistence — your edits stick across refresh.
Wipes local edits and reloads the demo dataset.
